TalentVue provides interview outsourcing and assessment solutions for employers and institutions. We also enable professionals to act as expert interviewers and candidates to be evaluated for employment.
3. Account Registration
- Clients and interviewers must create accounts to access services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
4. Use of Platform
You agree to use TalentVue only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
- Upload or transmit malicious code or spam
- Record or distribute interview content without authorization
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to exploit our platform
5. Payment & Billing
- Clients agree to pay all applicable fees based on their selected subscription or pay-per-interview model.
- TalentVue reserves the right to update pricing and will notify users in advance of any changes.
- Interviewers will be compensated based on agreed rates per session and paid out monthly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding on TalentVue are owned by TalentVue or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without express written consent.
7. Confidentiality
All data shared during interviews (including candidate information, evaluation reports, and company requirements) must be treated as confidential by both clients and interviewers.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unethical, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
9. Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
- All assessments and reports are based on best-effort expert evaluation and system algorithms.
- The service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
TalentVue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
11. Governing Law
